What are the office hours?
Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Our office is located at 3138 N 10th Street We are available after hours by phone at 701-255-2804.

Does each location have an office?
We do not have an office on site at each location but are able to meet customers on site by appointment.

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also setup autopay online or by calling our office. Checks can be mailed or dropped ooff at our office. We do offer a dropbox at the office for after hour payments.
What are the addresses of the storage facilities?
Saratoga Storage: 3344 Saratoga Avenue (Units 1-99)
Hancock Drive: 1930 Hancock Drive (Units 101-755)
43rd Avenue: 1444 43rd Ave NE (Units 1001-1745)
RV/Boat Facility: 4111 State Street

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

What security features do you offer?
Our facilities are under 24-hour video surveillance, fenced, gated, and patrolled by Bisman security.
