Our story began in 1983 when Harvey and Diane Schilling purchased one of the first mini-storage facilities in the Bismarck area. Back then, the facility had just 92 units and was the only storage option on the north side of town. Recognizing a growing need for secure, reliable storage, the Schillings worked tirelessly to expand their offerings.Over the years, we’ve grown significantly:
- Constructing a 200-unit facility on North Expressway.
- Adding another 200-unit facility on North Highway 83.
- Reaching a total of 550 units across multiple locations.
